Linked Asset Recovery Service

Recovery Services

Our company audits many governmental and commerical agencies across the country to locate sums of money owed to private individuals and companies. If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency holding them, and cannot be claimed after that, ever again.

Linked Asset Recovery Service has two recovery methods that are used at our discretion.  Both methods have the following global features:

  • No Client Out-of-Pockets Charges
  • No Application  or processing fee
  • Linked Asset Recovery Service pays all fees, including the attorney, if needed
  • Linked Asset Recovery never requires personal information, however some government agencies do. If a government agency requires personal identifying information prior to processing a claim, Linked Asset Recovery Service will handle this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
  • Clients are NEVER at risk of losing anything
  • All RISK is retained 100% by Linked Asset Recovery Service.

Method A

Contingency Fee arrangement:  Linked Asset Recovery Service retains a fee on funds that we actually recovered.  If we do not recover anything, then that’s our lost; you do not owe us anything.  This arrangement is usually used on smaller claims.

Method B

Structured Buyout Arrangement:  Linked Asset Recovery Service will research the claim extensively prior to making an offer to buy the rights to the claim.  Claims of this type are usually large and require upfront payment to the claimant.

In all cases, Linked Asset Recovery Service will abide by the requirements of the law and will use the plan that best suits the claim type.

How It Works

Once you have spoken to one of our recovery specialist and verbally agreed to let us work your claim, we will set up a time for you to meet with a local notary to go over the necessary paperwork. This would include the contingency agreement or buyout agreement, the official claims forms from the government agency, and a document allowing us to act as your agent, and deal with the government agencies on your behalf. At that time, the notary can inform you of the amount of your claim, and where it’s being held so that you are always in the loop of the process.

When you complete the claim paperwork with the notary, they will overnight express mail the documents to our office and we will begin processing your claim within 48 hours. The time frame for a claim approval is up to each government agency or entity. Some can approve the funds in as little as two weeks, while others can take up to six months or more. The good news is that 10 days after the funds are approved and dispersed to us, we disperse your portion of the funds via first-class register mail.
